I have so many things that I want to say. When you are in an industry for as long as I have been in this one, it becomes quite easy to forget why you do it; why it is that you work so hard. Dreams transfer into jobs with time & sometimes we need to stop and ask ourselves why we do what it is that we do. This new company has been that opportunity for me. I have rediscovered my ‘why’. To me, food is art. It is something beautiful, satisfying & challenging. It is something to be treasured & remembered. I feel that now, with Justin’s, I will finally be able to do what I started out to do. Justin’s is the creative result of the experiences you have all shared with me on this long road. Each dish has been sculpted to share my earnest love of food and the pieces of me that they represent. I can’t wait for you to experience them. 

But dreams aren’t alway things that you can achieve on your own. Sometimes you need backup & I have never been prouder of a team than I am of this one. The menus are exploding into new realms with the talented chefs that I have recently added. Our sales team is the hardest working & most knowledgeable team I could imagine. And on the catering end, I can honestly say that our event designers & planners are the best in their field.

Most proudly of all, I am pleased to announce that our long awaited restaurant will be opening on March 5th. I think that I could say that 40 times a day for a year and it wouldn’t even begin to reduce my pleasure.  Justin’s will be all of the best things you remember from the places we’ve been together in the past, but with new tantalizing twists added to pique your excitement.  

I hope that you have an Appetite for Expression, because I definitely do.
